Serving on the mission field doesn’t always require a long-term commitment. Mid-term missions opportunities are a place to make a meaningful impact over a span of 3 months to 2 years. Belize – Yasha Home Intern
This position is ideal for a young person who has a gap year or wants to dedicate a summer/break to serve others. Duties would include: discipleship done through daily living with the girls, helping organize activities for the home, assisting in administration, teaching of life-skills and Bible studies, upkeep of facilities, and needs for the home as they arise.

Costa Rica – Youth Pastor, Tutor + Social Media Assistant
Looking for someone who is passionate to influence the next generation and invest in the youth of rural Costa Rica. The role will be helping to pioneer a youth ministry among non-evangelical kids and will help tutor one or two subjects for workers’ homeschooling teenagers (math and/or language arts). The role will also help to keep a social media presence for the ministry.

We are reaching people largely from unreached people groups from around the world, it is a unique opportunity to build relationships with those with little to no Gospel exposure and ministry among underserved populations. Interns will also receive teaching and mentorship in cross-cultural and urban ministries.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to be a pioneer in an unreached nation; it is a great exploratory trip to learn from day-to-day experiences, small group gatherings, and how to reach people in creative access countries, do life with a worker and engage language learning.

Interactions and responses to young ladies are informed by knowledge of the complex issues faced by those who have experienced trauma, and by an understanding that each young lady needs to be equipped and empowered to prepare themselves for future success.

The support staff role is exciting and dynamic; you will create it with the coordinators as you go. The need for well-trained workers is getting higher and higher in our region. The perfect place to learn and grow is in a relatively safe nation with a high population of Muslims, which our city provides. As you are trained in 1-2 years, we expect you will deploy to another nation and people group to plant and begin a new work.

Chiang Rai International Christian school serves missionaries and ministry families by providing a quality, Christian education in the English language. All the teachers are volunteer, church-funded missionaries which keeps the cost of education accessible for ministry families. This offers the opportunity for families to remain together as they serve on the field.
