All the teachers are volunteer, church-funded missionaries which keeps the cost of education accessible for ministry families. Looking for Experienced Pastors to serve short-term to mid-term periods to facilitate DLT classes and seminars to fulfill the Global Council requirements for the School of Ministry that Namibia Foursquare has created.

Zimbabwe – DLT + Pastoral Leadership Training
This role partners long-term with the national Foursquare Church in Zimbabwe to develop pastors and leaders through Discipleship Leadership Training. It also involves creating systems for reporting, accounting, planning, communication, and scheduling to enhance the organizational skills of indigenous pastors and leaders.

Mexico – Church Planter, Worship Leader, Outreach Coordinator, Administrative Assistant
This role is for a church planter, worship leader, outreach coordinator, or administrative assistant to help establish new congregations. Responsibilities include outreach, community engagement, small group organization, administration, some travel, and collaboration with Casa de Fe and local leaders. Tasks involve event planning, discipleship training, and facilitating worship services.

We are reaching people largely from unreached people groups from around the world, it is a unique opportunity to build relationships with those with little to no Gospel exposure and ministry among underserved populations. Interns will also receive teaching and mentorship in cross-cultural and urban ministries.
